To make sure everything is clear before you book and head off on holiday, here you'll find all the important information about reservations, cancellations, payments, check-in and check-out.
Your booking becomes binding once a deposit of 30% of the total booking price has been paid. Please transfer the deposit to our bank account within 7 days of receiving your booking confirmation, free of any bank charges. Alternatively, the payment date stated in your booking confirmation applies.
Sometimes plans change. Cancellations are subject to the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH). Cancellations are only valid if made in writing.
The following cancellation fees apply if you cancel before your holiday begins:
Up to 3 months before arrival: 0% of the total booking price
From 3 months before arrival: 40% of the total booking price
From 1 month before arrival: 70% of the total booking price
From 1 week before arrival: 90% of the total booking price
The 90% cancellation fee also applies in the event of late arrival or early departure.
A holiday is easy to book – but sometimes life gets in the way. To protect yourself against potential costs in the event of cancellation or having to cut your holiday short, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Our partner, Europäische Reiseversicherung, offers various options, including Hotelstorno Plus Insurance and Hotelstorno Premium Insurance.

At Jolinde, you can pay in cash, by debit card (EC card) or by credit card (VISA and Mastercard). You're also welcome to pay the remaining balance by bank transfer.

Your Home will be ready for you by 3:00 pm on your arrival day. Thanks to our access code system, you can check in whenever you like, day or night. Before you arrive, we'll send you a check-in email with all the important information and access codes for the building and your Home.
If you're arriving in Lermoos earlier, just let us know.
On your departure day, please check out of your Home by 10:00 am so we can get everything ready for our next guests.
