In winter, it's just a short walk to the ski slopes, ski school and ski rental. The cross-country ski trails are also only a few minutes away on foot. In summer, hiking trails, bike routes and mountain lifts are right on your doorstep.

A morning stroll to the bakery, two minutes to the mountain lifts, five minutes to the train station – and restaurants, cafés and shops are all within easy walking distance, too. No car needed. Everything close, everything easy. Convenient for everything you need. And pretty much perfect for everything you've got planned.

„Everything was excellent, with a fantastic location and private parking. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. There are also two Smart TVs. A SPAR supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a tourist information office in the neighbouring building, where we bought a Z-Ticket. We visited most of the attractions using the Z-Ticket, and everything was just a short drive from the apartment. The Lermoos cable car is only a three-minute walk from the apartment. We arrived by car from Munich, and the journey took just one hour and forty minutes.“
