At Jolinde, you don't really need a car for everyday holiday essentials. Supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and restaurants are all close by. The bus stop, bank with ATM, doctor's surgery and other useful facilities are also within easy walking distance.

Lermoos train station is just a five-minute walk away. And if you're heading straight into the mountains, you can reach the Grubigstein cable car in only about two minutes on foot.

Once you've arrived at Jolinde, you can happily leave your car parked. Public transport makes it easy to explore the entire Tiroler Zugspitz Arena. The Arena Express connects Lermoos with Ehrwald and Biberwier. Even day trips to Garmisch-Partenkirchen are possible by bus or train.

In summer, plenty of hiking trails, mountain tours and cycling routes start in and around Lermoos. In winter, the ski slopes are just a few minutes away, and the cross-country ski trails are also within easy walking distance.
