This allergy-friendly, non-smoking apartment offers 54 m² of thoughtfully designed space for two to four guests, with separate living and sleeping areas. The living room features a cosy seating area and a sofa bed, while an extra-large double bed awaits in the separate bedroom. There's also a separate kitchen, bathroom, entrance hall and wardrobe area. And outside? Your own balcony with views of the Zugspitze. The apartment is easily accessible by lift.

Allergy-friendly

Our Homes are allergy-friendly, non-smoking apartments. High-quality 7-zone pocket spring mattresses, handcrafted linen bed linen and the HYLA Air and Room Cleaning System help create a comfortable indoor environment and a restful night's sleep.

What's included in the kitchen?

Every Home features a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner hob and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher with detergent tablets, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils.

Is there parking directly at the property?

Yes. Each Home comes with its own free, uncovered parking space right next to the building.

Can I have my laundry washed during my stay?

Yes. We’re happy to change your bed linen and towels free of charge upon request. If you’d like us to wash your personal laundry, just let us know in advance.

Is breakfast or a bread delivery service available?
